OUTDOORS

The beautiful, large west-facing patio is ideal for entertaining. Whether you’re grilling on the gas grill, sipping wine while watching the sunset, or enjoying a starlit dinner in the clear desert sky, this space has it all. Relax on the chaise lounges with your favorite book and soak up the sun. The community pool and spa are just 250 feet away, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.

INDOORS

The bright and spacious living and dining areas offer stunning views of the golf course through large sliding doors. The oversized sofas are perfect for relaxing while enjoying your favorite movies or sports. The dining table has ample seating for six adults, and for entertaining, a convenient wet bar is located between the patio and the living room. On cooler evenings, you can turn on the fire feature and cuddle up with your loved ones.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast table with views of the golf course, and plenty of storage space for your groceries, along with all the utensils needed for meal preparation.

The unique feature of a media room offers extra comfort for watching your favorite movies and sports shows.

This unit features a full-size washer and dryer, and two parking spaces in the garage.

Main Bedroom: You'll absolutely love the cozy king-sized bed, making it the ideal spot to relax after a day filled with adventure! With multiple closets and a dresser, there's plenty of room for all your belongings. The spacious en suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom: This lovely, vibrant room features a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a closet, creating a welcoming retreat. The en suite guest bathroom is equipped with a convenient shower-tub combo for your comfort.

Close enough to walk to the famous Palm Desert Street Fair. 2 miles away from world-class shopping and restaurants on El Paseo, the Rodeo Drive of the desert. 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. We have stayed at Monterey Country Club for over 10 years and this is the best place we have stayed in. The place is awesome! Kitchen well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Hope we can stay in it again on our next trip here.

Property was clean. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was good (but needs a Keurig Coffee maker, versus the ground coffee maker supplied)All streaming apps wasn't available on all TVs, but the living room TV was the best.
