Rare 2 Story Home in Desert Falls CC. Spacious 3 bedroom that sits right on the golf course. Enjoy resort living at its finest, with amenities including access to the newly remodeled fitness center, country club, and tennis and pickleball courts. The championship 18 hole golf course is fantastic, with tee times available for purchase. The home is conveniently located near the Cook St Gate and is close to the pool and hot tub, making it the perfect desert escape.


Boasting nearly 2500 sq feet, this large condo is perfect for a family or two. The two story layout is greatt for entertaining, with the spacious living room open to the dining area and kitchen. The primary bedroom and kids rooms are upstairs, while the third bedroom is downstairs.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with access to a private balcony. The kids room has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen. The remodeled kitchen is equipped with all of the cooking essentials for you to cook wonderful meals while on vacation. The outdoor furniture and BBQ make for the perfect place to relax and watch the golfers come through.

Guest access

All guests must be preapproved and called into the gate for access. The garage is not for guest use, but you can park 2 cars in the driveway. Your unique entry code to the front door will be messaged to you before your arrival.

Other things to note

You are expected to abide by all house and community rules at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages, violations, fines, or towing incurred during their stay. Such violations include but are not limited to noise, pets, theft, and trespassing. ONLY ONE SMALL DOG PERMITTED. In addition to the king , queen, and 2 twin beds, we have 2 blow up queen mattresses.

Comfortable home in the desert

The home was near the Indian Wells Tennis Tourney. The home was clean and spacious and offered easy access to amenities including tennis, pickleball, swimming pools and a fitness center.

Large spacious home overlooking the golf course

The home was beautiful. It had the largest kitchen we have ever seen in Desert Falls and well stocked. The bathrooms were all very nice and the master bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed.

Desert get away

We were two mature couples they loved this house . It was very wellEquipped . The guys golfed the course the house is located in and loved it, the ladies shipped in palm desert . AllVery close. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. Lovely home.

Stay in the desert

My daughter was married at a private home in Bermuda dunes so we needed a place that was close and spacious for my husband and myself, my sister and 3 granddaughters. The condo was the perfect location with lots of room for us all. Loved having 3 bathrooms and 2 stories. Having a pool across the street was perfect for the kids. There was no golf involved but having a hole right off the patio made for good entertainment during our outdoor breakfasts. Chris was very accommodating and we were very pleased with our experience.

Did someone get a label machine for Christmas?

Really enjoyed how well the place was "kitted out" and the multitude of labels added to the pleasure of our guests. Thanks for letting us "dechime" the grandfather clock. Would wholeheartedly recommend your house to others - once you upgrade the carpet leading upstairs.

Lovely Desert Home

This home was a great place for our group of 7. The kitchen was large, well equipped & stocked with many essential spices, coffee, etc. Many cabinets throughout the house were labeled as to their contents & that was very helpful. Laundry was necessary for our crowd & it was nice to have the detergent, etc supplied. Upstairs lounge & patio made for nice separate spaces. Pool was very conveniently located & it was fun to watch the golfers. Our only complaint would be the dinig room table. There was a Lazy Susan on it, but the entire top of the table also rotated. It didn't seem to be attached to the wood base underneath it. So every time people got up & down the table moved - not ideal. Otherwise we would recommend staying here. The hosts had thoughtfully made it very comfortable & relaxing.
