Upstairs, the main living area opens into a generous open-plan space where the kitchen, dining, and lounge flow together effortlessly. The kitchen is designed for shared cooking, with ample bench space and modern appliances that make meal preparation feel relaxed and social. The dining table invites long breakfasts, family dinners, and evening games with ocean views as the backdrop. Step outside to the balcony, where outdoor dining and a BBQ create a natural extension of the living space. It’s a perfect spot for morning coffee, long lunches, or watching the light change over the water.

On the ground level, a welcoming lounge offers a comfortable place to unwind, whether you’re settling in with a book, enjoying a movie, or winding down after a day outdoors. The primary bedroom is situated upstairs, set with a king bed, ensuite and second balcony that offers a quieter place to pause and take in the view. Downstairs, you`ll find the remaining three bedrooms—two set with queen beds and the fourth offering flexibility for families with a full bunk bed and trundle, which can be set up upon request. The well-appointed family bathroom on this level features a bathtub and shower.

A dedicated laundry, ducted climate control, and a discreet workspace ensure comfort and practicality throughout your stay. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway, and street parking may be available for additional vehicles.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
