Stunning two-Storey beachside holiday home perched high to capture the most spectacular sea views on offer, from Goolwa all the way to Victor Harbor and beyond. As soon as you enter you will feel in holiday mode. The house is large enough for a big family with the kids and their friends or even for two families together. The property is split over two levels with each level serviced by a split system heating and cooling.

Downstairs comprises of the following lay out:
An open plan living space with a huge tiled family room and a bonus jarrah kitchenette/bar. It is perfect for the children or a hangout for teenagers. There is room for everyone! TV, lots of books, games, bean bags, plenty of seating areas, children’s toy box, bar fridge and much more! Bedroom Two has a queen size bed, built in robes and ceiling fan. Glass sliding doors lead outside to the garden. Bedroom Three sleeps 3 (king single bed and single bunk beds). This room also has a glass sliding door leading outside to the garden.

Teenagers retreat is a great bonus to the home (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HALF CONVERTED GARAGE). It sleeps 5 (2 sets of single bunk beds and 1 king single bed). Please also note that this room is not completely sealed due to rollerdoors.

The laundry is separate and well-equipped with a washing machine. The main bathroom has a shower and basin. There is a separate toilet. There is an outside entertaining area downstairs which overlooks the lovely gardens/lawns. This is a perfect area to watch the children or your pets play in the fully secured yard. Clear pull-down café style blinds are also in this area. This entertaining area also has a BBQ.

Making your way upstairs the sea views will simply take your breath away and comprises the following layout:
The extensive open plan family, dining and kitchen area, takes in the most captivating ocean views.
The kitchen is the ideal space to entertain, with plenty of cupboard and bench space, electric cooking, dishwasher, large pantry, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and much more!

The dining area seats 8 people. There are two seating areas both with amazing views!
The master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, walk in robe and doors leading out onto the decking area. What a perfect space to have your morning coffee or afternoon wine. The ensuite bathroom contains a corner spa bath, basin and toilet and can also be accessed from the living area.

There are 3 undercover decks (2 on the ocean side and one on the road side).
Take in the amazing views, hear the waves crash and watch the surfers! The main decked entertaining area has pull down clear café blinds and an outdoor table and chairs.

This property is in a great location. It is only a 2 minute walk over the sand-hills to the pristine Goolwa Beach where you can enjoy walking, swimming, surfing, body boarding, beach fishing and much more. Enjoy a fabulous meal at Kuti Shack which is located on the beach front. It is only a very short drive to the Goolwa Main Shopping Centre as well as the Goolwa Main Street.

The property sleeps 12 people with the following bedding configuration:

Bedroom 3: 1 x King single bed and 1 x single bunk beds
Teenagers retreat / Garage: 2 sets of single bunk beds and 1 x king single bed
Property has 2 x portacots and 1 x high chair available for guest use.

** Please note this property does not include linen; however linen hire can be arranged by local company Victor Linen. Quilts with covers & pillows provided. Guests to bring or hire Sheets, Pillow cases, Towels & Tea Towels.
