What makes this property unique
Our family bought this land in the 1990s and built a villa that feels like it’s always belonged here. Inspired by the character of the street, we reused doors and windows salvaged from a historic nursing home to give the home an authentic feel—while designing a warm, modern space full of charm and clever touches. I lived just two streets away and fell in love with this suburb’s energy, its tight-knit community, and how close it is to everything.
