Apartment starfish 31 with sauna and whirlpool

"Starfish 31". Our beautiful, new apartment is located on the ground floor of the house starfish in Strandpark Großenbrode. Notes on additional costs and fees: Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office. Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. Pet per booking 20, - EUR (only 1 dog allowed, no cats). With one bedroom and a comfortable living area with pull-out sofa, our apartment for 3 people enough space. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, etc. and leaves nothing to be desired on holiday. The living area invites you to cozy hours with a sitting area, a reclining chair and a wood-burning stove. We have purchased board games for adults and children, books and children's toys and want to use them. Our guests have a beautiful spa with sauna and whirlpool. A high chair and a baby travel cot are also available. Enjoy the hours of sunshine and relax on our terrace. We look forward to you!

Schöne, große FW. In der Dusche leider etwas Schimmel in 2 Ecken aber sonst alles sehr sauber. Alles schnell ( Strand, Lebensmittelmarkt) fußläufig zu erreichen. Toll, dass der Strandkorb zur FW dazugehört und auch die kleine Sauna im Bad ist super.

super Ferienwohnung

die Wohnung ist ein schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen und mit viel Bedachht eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war (fast) alles da was wir brauchten. Da wir zu Dritt waren, fehlte eine weitere Bettdecke. Gefunden haben wir nur weitere Wolldecken. Und ein Hinweis, dass Toilettenpapier mitgenommen werden sollte, wäre hilfreich :-)

Unser Ostsee-Aufenthalt

Kurz und knapp die Ferienwohnung war super. Das einzige Problem war, dass das Büro von FEWO vor Ort nicht länger geöffnet war. An unserem Abreisetag ging am Morgen das Oberlicht im Bad kaputt (defekte Glühbirne), weil das Büro nicht besetzt war und auch sonst keine Kontaktdaten für techn. Störungen vorhanden waren. Deshalb konnten wir im Zusammenhang mit der Abreise niemanden informieren. In diesem Sinne wäre eine Kontaktadresse wünschenswert, wo man sowas rechtzeitig anzeigen kann.

Entspannung pur

Eine tolle Wohnung, die vor allem durch ihre Nähe zum Strand punktet! Eigene Sauna und Strandkorb tragen zur puren Entspannung bei. Kleine Minuspunkte: Man merkte, dass die Putzkolonne in der Hauptsaison viel zu tun hat und etwas halbherzig saubermachte. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung leider so, dass alle Hausbewohner immer direkt vor dem Fenster/Balkon herlaufen. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen! Es war sehr schön!

Strandnahr schöne Ferienwohnung

Bis auf das Wetter perfekt! Tolle Lage und alles wie beschrieben. Insbesondere die Sauna hat uns an nassen Tagen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist auch gut isoliert, von den anderen Gästen war nichts zu hören. Wir kommen wieder :)

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleiner Sauna, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt, Bäckerei und Einkaufsmarkt sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist die Möglichkeit mit der eigenen Fahrrad-Parkgarage, die zu der Wohnung dazugehört. Super angenehm ist natürlich auch der eigene Strandkorb der am Strand zum Relaxen auf einen wartet :-) Sehr freundliche Objektbetreuerin die bei Fragen sofort weiterhilft.

Super erholdamer Urlaub

Wohnung sehr gut und gemütlich. Tolle Ausstattung. Ansprechpartner täglich nebenan. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch nur 150 m zur Ostsee. Schöne Promenade. Gastronomien jahreszeitentsprechend leider zu. Nur wenige km nach Heiligenhafen wo man auch sehr schön laufen kann. Wir denken über einen neuerlichen Aufenthalt zum nächsten Jahreswechsel nach. Insegsamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Alles, was man braucht

Von der Buchung bis zum Check In und Check Out, hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir waren 2 Erw und ein Teenager. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um ein paar Tage an der Küste zu entspannen. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, zum Bäcker gerade mal 5 Minuten. Lediglich die Sauberkeit im Bad Bereich und die Auslegware/Teppiche bekommen eine 4, statt 5 Sterne. Im großen und ganzen, ist sie Wohnung auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Macht weiter

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Eine perfekte Wohnung mit toller Lage...nur 1 Minute zum Strand. Die Erdgeschoß Wohnung hat eine große Terasse mit Möbeln, teilüberdacht. Es kommen nur die dort vorbei, die im selben Haus wohnen. Überall Sichtschutz von innen vorhanden. Die saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder sind realistisch. Super bequemes Bett, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Kaffeefilter, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker vorhanden. Sogar Teelichter waren da. Das Bad mit MiniSauna, Wanne u Waschmaschine ist prima. Wlan einwandfrei! Wenn es was zu bemängeln wäre...auf hohem Niveau: eine 2.Steckdose oder ein Doppelstecker am Bett wäre prima. Es waren super Tage und der Kamin hat den Schietwetterabend einfach gemütlich gemacht!!

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. War aber alles wie immer gut. Hatten drei Defekte (loser Türgriff Wohnungstür, Beleuchtung Sauna, undichter Wasserhahn Badezimmer) die wir bei der Hausverwaltung gemeldet haben. Wurden prompt vom zuständigen Hausmeister behoben. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank Eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit hätte ich dennoch: Es wäre sicherlich möglich, dass die Reinigungskräfte einmal prüfend die Wohnung überschauen und Mängel direkt melden. Diese könnten dann direkt, bevor neue Urlauber einziehen, behoben werden. In der Wohnung Seestern 31 sollten bitte auch einmal die Gardinen mit neuen Haken versehen und vollständig aufgehängt werden.

Kein schöner Anblick der Wohnung

Haben uns auf die Wohnung gefreut und waren sehr enttäuscht. In den Zimmern waren überall Spinnengewebe in den Ecken. Staub auf den Regalen und Schränken, Kaffeemaschine unsauber, Kaffeepulver noch vom Vorgänger auf der Arbeitsplatte sichtbar. Der Boden war unsauber. Die Trasse mit Grass zwischen den Platten und die Gartenmöbel unsauber. Die Wohnung lag ungünstig neben einem Campingplatz und direkt am Gehweg. Es gibt aber auch etwas Positives, die Strandnähe und der Strandkorb.

Rentnerduo

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Lage ,Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Wohnung selbst war alles vorhanden und mit der Wäschebestellung hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir konnten den Strandkorb der von den Vermietern zur Verfügung gestellt wird oft benutzen. Also alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.
