About this property

New penthouse apartment in a quiet location lateral sea view

"Cloudless 10". A penthouse apartment in a very quiet location with partial sea view only about 120 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach away - comfortable, luxurious and child-friendly furnishings

Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays 10, - € per night. Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

On 90 square meters with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to 6 people with a toddler place.

The large bathroom with double sinks itself offers a whirlpool bath and a sauna, a relaxing spa. A guest toilet is also available.

Equipped with garden chairs and two sun beds offer two roof terraces at any time of a wonderful place to enjoy and relax.

On cold days, you can make yourself on the couch in front of the woodburning stove, reading a book and watching a DVD or Blue Ray. a Wii games console with Balance Board and a large selection of games available for the common games fun.

In the two bedrooms and the living room has a flat screen TV. All windows are fitted with variable pleats or black-out curtains. The feelgood factor is guaranteed.

For a varied coffee enjoyment is a Dolce Gusto capsule machine ready (capsules please bring your own).

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. The terraces are oriented to the east and south.

A parking lot is located in front of the house.

From May to September is on the beach a beach chair reserved for you.

Schöner Kurztrip

Waren 3 Übernachtungen dort. Die Wohnung liegt schön und ist echt nach am Strand. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super.Einziger Stern Abzug ist für den leichten Schimmel an der Decke der Dusche, was aber der Bauweise zu schulden ist.

Tolles Apartment mit Suchtfaktoren

Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Apartment liegt gut gelegen und in paar Minuten ist man gleich am Strand. Wo wir den Tag in dem Strandkorb verbringen konnten. Meerblick ist von der kleinen Terrasse, da von der großen Terrasse ein Baum den Blick hindert. Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt und die Badeaufteilung ist ideal gelöst. Sie hat außerdem viel Staurqum in den Ecken die man so auf dem ersten Blick nicht sieht. Freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Schöne Wohnung in Richtung Feld

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Großenbrode. Die Wohnung liegt in der letzten Reihe zu den Feldern, was diese ein bisschen ruhiger erscheinen lässt. Verglichen mit dem Standardschnitt hat man sich hier entschieden, ein zweites Badezimmer einzuziehen. Das führt allerdings dazu, dass es einen deutlich kleineren Whirlpool gibt und der Saunaofen in Eingang der Sauna postiert wurde. Beides eher ungünstig. Ansonsten sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Aufenthalt. P.s. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Waschmaschine defekt ist? Wir haben es auf jeden Fall nicht geschafft, mit dieser vernünftig zu waschen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Siedlung am Strandpark!

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal im Strandpark. Es ist eine hervorragende Siedlung, sehr schick und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtetet, schade dass wir die beiden Balkone aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht ausreichend nutzen konnten. Betten waren sehr bequem, die Wii war eine tolle Abwechslung! Das einzige was wir bemängeln konnten...leider zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad und in einem Schlafzimmer. Ein Regal im Bad und vielleicht eine kleine Kommode im Schlafraum wäre perfekt! Aber das wäre jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau! Danke für die schöne Unterkunft, wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub!

Luxus Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung. Wir haben die Sauna und den Whirlpool nach einem Regentag sehr genossen. Alles vorhanden um entspannt Urlaub zu machen. Von der Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, Liegen mit Auflagen, Hochstuhl, Wii.......es wurde an alles gedacht Als Anregung würden wir eine Gästemappe gut finden. Wir haben den Durchlauferhitzer im Bad leider erst später entdeckt und so lange lauwarm gebadet. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Leider keine angemessene Reaktion oder Entschuldigung auf Hygiene Probleme

Größter Punkt wäre die Hygiene der Badewanne. Wir hatten wie immer die Wanne kurz ausgespült und dann Wasser eingelassen. Als man dann in der Wanne saß und die whirlpoolfunktion aktivierte kam aus den Düsen verdrecktes Wasser das sehr stark nach Abwasser roch. Somit saßen wir plötzlich in stinkendem trüben Wasser. Das war leider sehr eklig und die Stimmung war dahin… Es sollte als Pflichtpunkt bei der Reinigung aufgenommen werden diese Funktion regelmäßig zu starten damit dies anderen nicht geschieht. Dies dann an den Verwaltung gemeldet. Daraufhin kam nur eine blöde Antwort Das Problem sei bekannt und da hätten wir halt Pech gehabt… wenn das Problem mit dem Whirlpool ja bekannt ist, sollte dies den Mietern mitgeteilt werden oder eine Notiz aufgestellt werden. Wirklich eklig plötzlich in Abwasser zu sitzen. Und die Düsen wurden sicher länger nicht gereinigt oder betätigt. Das Wasser war voll mit Dreck und Brocken.

Schöne Wohnung in top Lage

Großenbrode ist ein Traumziel mit Kindern. Viele tolle Spielplätzen und kurze Wege. Auch der Strand ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet fast alles was man als Familie für eine tolle Woche Urlaub braucht. Insgesamt war die Wohnung soweit sauber (ausgenommen Küchenschränke und Schubladen) und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Küche, Geschirr, Dusche zum Teil dreckig. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen. Die Toilettenbrille etwas kaputt. Sauna und Whirlpool haben funktioniert. Gute Ausstattung für Kleinkinder vorhanden (Hochstuhl, Kinderbett, Hocker, Klositz, Plastikgeschirr). Lage 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Von einem Balkon hat man etwas Meerblick. An sonnigen Tagen wurde es sehr warm in der Wohnung. Einen Tag vor unserer Abreise stand plötzlich ein Reinigungsteam im Flur (ohne Klingeln), was sich offenbar in der Wohnung vertan hatte.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Außer das unser Wäschepaket zuerst vergessen wurde, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf am ersten Abend noch vorbei gebracht. Außerdem haben wir die Schlüssel vom Strandkorb erst zwei Tage später bekommen, weil das Büro am Mo+Di nicht auf hatte. Etwas schade aber für uns kein Problem da die ersten zwei Tage schlechtes Wetter war. Wäre vielleicht einfacher gewesen wenn wir Samstag angereist wären. Insgesamt jedoch keine Probleme, tolle Wohnung und noch einen gratis Strandkorb.

Tolle Wohnung

Würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, alles da. Die Reinigung war nicht ganz so toll, staubig, Ecken rund , Haare von Vormietern verstopften den Ausguss der Badewanne, aber ansonsten alles okay.

Gute Wohnung in Strandnaher Lage, sehr ruhig

Insgesamt eine schöne helle Wohnung, die vieles bietet, wie Sauna, Kaminofen, zwei Balkone, seitlicher Meerblick. Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu weich. Wir kochen gerne, deshalb fehlte uns eine Auflaufform und eine Reibe. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was man in der Küche braucht. Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub.
