Dryden Apartment (D3) has been fully renovated to complement our two other uniquely stylish apartments. Perfectly located, this light-filled contemporary retreat features modern finishes throughout. Enjoy the option to cook in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher or explore the nearby cafes—the choice is yours. The spacious bathroom includes a separate shower and is complete with washing machine for added comfort.
Stay comfortable year-round with reverse cycle air-conditioning, and unwind with your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The separate bedroom offers a restful queen-size bed and its own smart TV.
Secure off-street parking is provided behind a remote-controlled roller door. Relax in the front courtyard—either shaded or sun-drenched—while watching native birds in the gum trees, or enjoy a peaceful moment on the rear north-facing verandah with a coffee or glass of wine.

Everything clean, although the floor underneath the bed needs a vacuum.Great location Even though there is a flat either side adjoined, the area was quiet.Comfortable and warm bed.Lovely afternoon sun on the balcony.
