The living space offers access to a balcony surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, creating a serene, private oasis. The balcony features an outdoor furniture set and a wet bar.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a range with an oven. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

There is also a full-sized bed located on the mezzanine near the living room, allowing this unit to accommodate up to six adults. Please note that the open stairs to the mezzanine are unsafe for young children, as are both the mezzanine and outside deck railings which have large openings.

The main bedroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and a step-out balcony that offer stunning views of the pool and garden, as well as a walk-in closet and remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead. The other bedroom offers floor-to-ceiling windows and a step-out balcony with a rainforest view.
