House was clean and comfortable. Lots of storage space, beds/furniture were comfortable. Good water pressure for shower. TVs worked well as did Wifi. Plunge pool is a nice feature. Outside shower very helpful to clean off sand. There were lots of beach towels,4 beach chairs and 2 camping chairs, plus a wagon to haul everything which was very helpful. Location a bit of a mix. Pro: 1 block to beach and walkable to several restaurants. Con: busy street and loud. If you are a light sleeper its difficult to sleep past 6:30am, or go to sleep until 10pm. Recommend bringing ear plugs and/or use a sound machine app. The bathrooms do not have air conditioning so they can be hot, same with kid area/second floor hallway. There are TVs in every bedroom, but not in the living room. So cannot gather to watch a movie. Outdoor space in terms of hammock, dining area and grill/kitchen was nice, though 2 chairs were broken and unusable upon arrival. There needs to be lighting by dining area. Did not eat dinner outside b/c too dark by table. We did use the grill and ate inside.
