The property itself needs some landscape cleanup. The patio was full of debris around the pool and the pool had toys and sand in it. There outside furniture was dirty. The towels were jam packed in the dryer not in the linen closet. The furniture is not for older people. We could not get the front door passcode to work.

As soon as we were notified, the host personally came to the property to clear all the storm debris, fold and organize the towels, and confirm that the front door access and home amenities were in full working order. If I could give zero stars I would. The place may look surface clean in the pictures but in reality it is disgusting. The stove, kitchen cabinets, and laundry room are outdated and gross. Very cheap updates, the bathrooms are so tiny they are almost nonfunctional, and the dining room table is dingy and cracked. There is no primary suite which you would expect at this price point. The pool was the main reason I picked this place, however the liner was very creased, it desperately needed a good vacuum, and the temperature was cold and almost unusable, despite claims that it was heated. Hot water runs out after one shower in a house meant for 6 people. The front door locking mechanism never worked, which other reviews complained about it but they apparently haven’t fixed it. I reached out to the company that owns the house to express my concerns along with pictures to prove my point, however they never responded. I will never rent from this company again.

Regarding the pool, the heating system was fully active at 82°F upon arrival and was promptly adjusted up to 90°F by our technician, and we were glad to see your group able to enjoy the water during your visit. Additionally, while the smart lock operated smoothly for host and staff access codes, we actively investigated your assigned entry code to ensure reliable backup access was available. We appreciate your feedback as we continually review our property after every checkout to maintain quality, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Very nice place. We had 3 families in for baseball but our entry code was not right so had to call customer service to get the lock box code for a key. Other then that is was a nice little spot.
