We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was excellent and we also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit area. The basement floor had not been vacuumed upon arrival, however there are brooms and a vacuum available, so we took care of that ourselves. The basement is a bit musty due to a gutter issue. Both basement bedrooms had some wet carpet after heavy rain. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great time in great house! The bedrooms and baths were wonderful for 5 couples. The outdoor amenities were used every day-hottub, pool, and fire pit. And the wonderful front porch. Our groups is planning on cocking back next year!

This property is in very poor repair, the company did send out a repair tech for the AC units, they did come turn on the hot tub that was very dirty, they did come fix the wifi, they sent cleaners to clean up all the dead bugs. Upon arrival we found used toilet paper in one bathroom, food wrappers in beds, black mold on air vents, lots of broken furniture, missing ceiling fans, water leak in the basement ceiling. This would be a great property if it had repairs and cleaned properly. Great location, flat ground, lots of room.

Please don't listen to the other reviews! If you're looking for pristeen and perfect go to a hotel. If you're looking for a house that has been lived in where you can relax and enjoy yourself, this is it. We had 16 people in our party and this house was top notch! Sure the furniture was well used, and the flooring has been loved but I wouldn't want to feel afraid of ruining something our whole stay. To help out future renters I would suggest bringing all paper products, cleaning supplies, charcoal for the grill, and plan for wood. There was a gentlemen near us that gave us enough wood for 75 that lasted us the whole week with having fires almost every night. The hot rub was great. Our group used it almost every night. The beds are so comfortable that we are trying to find one for our home. They have pretty good pans, most utensils, and a crock pot. The only downfall honestly was the lighting. It made it difficult to see at times and it was confusing to find switches even with them labeled haha. Otherwise this house was perfect and we made great use of the yard! Thank you for an amazing week with our family and friends and we would definitely rent this place again!

I have never left a bad review until now but I’m hoping to save the next family that may want to rent this house. The pictures on VRBO make this house look a lot better than it is. Be aware that it isn’t very clean, no fitted sheets on some of the beds. The downstairs bathroom had a sanitary strip on it with a q-tip in the toilet. Can’t use the pool table because there is only 1 pool stick that you can use and it isn’t very good. The plastic strip on washer and dryer is coming off so you no idea which cycle you’re washing or drying on. There wasn’t enough washcloths or dishrags for 30 people. Also no casserole dishes. Some of the chairs are broken in the dinning room. To top the trip off, the microwave stopped heating Christmas Day. This house is not worth the price in my opinion. I’m very disappointed.
