The unit is a 27 sqm one-bedroom with a balcony that accepts short- and long-term stays. It can accommodate two guests and an additional two. The bedroom includes a clothing cabinet and a queen-sized bed. There is one double-sized sofa bed and one extra foldable mattress for the two additional guests. It has a furnished kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, a fridge, a rice cooker, an electric kettle, a cooking pot and pan, drinking glasses, plates, utensils and a microwave. Basic condiments like cooking oil, soy sauce, patis, salt, pepper and vinegar are available. A sponge and dishwashing liquid are also provided. There is a private bathroom that has a washing machine and some comfort and hygiene items: towels, toilet paper, bath soap, toothpaste and shampoo. A flat iron and hair dryer are also available. I also have some freebies, including bottled water, snacks and a token of appreciation for my guests.
