Escape the city & reconnect with nature. Explore hiking trails, lakes, ATV or snowmobile with year round activities to keep you busy. Relax by the firepit and star gaze with all the comforts of home. Even though we call it a cabin it has all the comforts of home. From comfortable memory foam mattresses to a fully equipped kitchen. Need to work, watch a movie don't fret we have great wifi. Sit back, relax and enjoy some time in the beautiful Algonquin area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade and dirty towels in the hamper. Turn off air conditioner / turn heat down to 10degrees in the winter. ALL baseboard heaters to be turned off
Garbage needs to be taken with you. The local dump is at 147 King William street. Friday-Tuesday 8am - 12pm. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY

We found this property as a way to escape and reconnect with nature. We love the lakes, hiking, exploring and all the beauty that surrounds us. We hope you love it as much as we do. As a four season home you can escape at any time and each season has it's own beauty and enjoyable activities. We have enjoyed meeting so many great people and hearing about how they've spent their time up north either thru text messages or leaving us a note in our guest book. We hope to see you soon
Why they chose this property
Kearney is the biggest little town in Ontario. People have warm hearts and welcoming attitude. We are just at the bottom of the Main street. Close enough to enjoy the beach, grab an ice cream cone or a bite to eat. Far enough to hear the frog singing or even have a moose walk up the driveway. Enjoy the quiet and remember to look up at night.
