Cosy 2 Bed, 1 Bath unit ideally located for a weekend getaway to Esperance. Benefit from the convenience of being able to walk down to the beach every morning for an enjoyable walk or a quick dip in the ocean.

Located only 380 meters to the Castletown Shopping Centre and just 250 meters away from Castletown Beach. Bedroom 1 - a double bed. Bedroom 2 - two single beds. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The front and backyard is connected all the way around, and fully enclosed. Perfect for the kids to run and play.
