Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts, insbesondere in der Küche. Der Blick vom Wintergarten auf das Mittelmeer ist fantastisch. Die beiden privaten Vermietenden sind sympathisch und der Kontakt zu ihnen verlief hervorragend. Der Strand vor der Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Auch im Oktober betrug die Wassertemperatur noch um 21 Grad. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und lohnenswerte Ausflüge. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meeresblick

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Vermietern empfangen, auch mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten.Die Wohnung hatte alles, es fehlte an nichts.Neue schöne Küche, modernes Bad.Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend, man hört auch das Meer rauschen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist auch sehr praktisch für einen Badeurlaub oder Spaziergänge an unendlich schöne, lange Sandstrände.Gleich ums Eck ist die Einkaufsmeile, man hat alles in der Nähe, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Restaurants...wir haben das Auto kaum gebraucht.Wir fahren gerne wieder hin :-)

Une parenthèse de bonheur

L'appartement est un nid douillet, absolument bien situé et bien équipé. Cest l'endroit idéal pour passer des vacances au Cap d'Agde face à la mer et si prés de la plage. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de chaleur. Vivement 2024 pour y revenir ! Merci pour tout Fabienne.

Excellent séjour! Nous aurions voulu prolonger

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce logement très bien équipé, avec sa baie vitrée offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et la plage. Nous n'étions que deux, mais il aurait été possible de loger facilement encore 3 enfants ou ados sans souci. Nos hôtes, Fabienne et Georges, ont été absolument charmants, nous attendant à notre arrivée pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'immeuble et des clés. Ils ont également été prévenants tout le long de notre séjour. Bref: nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre logement, idéalement placé à quelques mètres de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de tous les commerces et restos, tout en étant au calme. Nous sommes prêts à revenir dans cet endroit si l'occasion se représente.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la propriété de Fabienne , c'est la propriétaire la plus gentille et accueillante que nous avons rencontré cette semaine , les explications étaient clair et précis , elle est très réactive aux messages concernant le logement il est situé dans une residence situé en front de mer très très sécurisé et très propre , la piscine est génial et il n y a pas tant de monde que ca , la plage possède du sable très fin , l'eau et le sable sont très propre , le logement possède une superbe vue sur la plage et est pareil très bien entretenu il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour , nous sommes ravie de notre séjour à refaire très rapidement

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Cap d'Agde. Fabienne est une hôte extrêmement sympathique et très disponible. Tout est à côté, on peut tout faire à pied, ce qui est extrêmement agréable. Les plages sont propres et ne sont pas bondées. 2min à pied pour y accéder, c'est parfait ! La piscine est elle aussi agréable, pas trop chlorée. Si je devais trouver des remarques à faire, je dirais peut-être qu'il manque une machine à laver, peut-être aussi la clim et du réseau mobile et wifi, mais rien de bien insurmontable ! En résumé, idéal pour passer un super moment en famille avec de nombreuses activités à disposition tout à côté !
