1st line, sea view, pool and Fort Brescou

Facing the sea (and the pool), the apartment is very nice: sunny but not too much and well protected from the wind. In the private loggia you will be able to take your meals while contemplating the sailboats at sea or watching the horses spend the evening. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed facing the flat screen TV for relaxation, a dining area is provided with its table and four chairs and, separated by a piece of furniture, the kitchenette is well equipped with its fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave ... and even the washing machine. The room is furnished with 2 large twin beds to separate or bring to taste the occupants. The bathroom with the bathtub is useful for children and adults. The toilet area is well separated from him. Finally, you will have access to the swimming pool, common garden, petanque court of the residence and also to the hall table tennis. To go to the beach, the beach side gate prompted.
While parked on his private area, the car will not be necessary to go to the nearby address where you will find the small essential shops, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. In summer, outdoor activities are offered regularly at night, not including fireworks ... even near fires, the festivities do not agree to the apartment. In short, everything you need for a great holiday !!! Young and old will be delighted.
Let's not forget Aqualand 1 km away, the leisure island for funfair evenings and thrills 2 km away as well as the casino or discotheques or the ranch 1.5 km away for lovers of horse and pony rides for the little ones. What more can be said ?

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue super le parking est un plus très appréciable.Quelques améliorations: à savoir les poêles sont bien usées et plus adaptées aux plaques le balai et balai brosse sont aussi fatigués, ce sont des détails, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce bel appartement bien exposé et calme. Les équipements nous ont permis de vivre confortablement. La vue sur la mer et la piscine dans la résidence ont été bien appréciée. Je le recommande.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist klein aber ausreichend, alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Der Stromausfall wurde sehr schnell behoben. Die Ferienanlage ist gut, nur dass der Aufzug eine Woche ausgefallen ist war unerfreulich. Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Ansprechpartnerin waren sehr erfreulich. Würden wir unbedingt wieder buchen.

Wat krap, perfect terras met geweldig uitzicht ( zon en zeezijde) en strand op struikelafstand.

Bon séjour

Appartement bien équipée (lave vaisselle, mini four, lave linge et piscine familiale dans la résidence) et très bien situé (proche de la plage et des commerces) mais dommage qu'il soit n'y ai peu de rangement pour l'alimentation et les vêtements et qu'un seul ventilateur car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre (+de 30°c) sinon nous avons passé une agréable semaine (terrasse bien orienté pour l'ombre).

Malgré une arrivée/accueil on va dire tumultueux ( sans rentrer dans les détails) l'appartement est conforme à la description et très agréable ( Equipement,balcon, vue, calme, proximité de la mer et des commerces, balades à pied). Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Avis mitigé.

Jolie vue sur la piscine et la mer avec accès direct à la plage. Appartement fonctionnel mais un rangement pour les produits alimentaires non frais serait utile. Peu de choses à faire sur le mail de Rochelongue puisqu'on trouve principalement des commerces et des restaurants, les animations étant surtout localisées au port. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour agréable.

Vue magnifique.

Appartement conforme à l annonce. Vue magnifique. Balcon à l abri du vent et du soleil. Parfait pour prendre les repas même quand il fait chaud. Plage à quelques mètres sans route à traverser. Quartier animé avec le mail et ses commerces. Spectacles le soir. Malgré l animation du quartier nous étions au calme dans l'appartement. Nous venions pour la 1ere fois au Cap. La résidence est très bien placée, tout est à proximité à pied, nous n’avons pas subit de nuisances sonores car le week-end était calme au niveau des touristes même si nous n’étions pas tout seul non plus (j’imagine que cela doit être différent en pleine saison), l’appartement est très agréable avec sa terrasse et sa vue, apparemment nous étions les premiers locataires de la saison il manquait le sèche cheveux mais l’agence devait y remédier ...

Notre séjour au cap d agde

La location est totalement conforme à la description et les photos. La résidence est vraiment bien et la piscine top ! Très agréable d avoir la vue sur la piscine et la mer avec un accès direct ! La place de parking privative est un + très appréciable ! Proche de toutes commodités, cette location a répondu à tous nos critères ! La personne qui nous accueilli était très avenante Merci pour ce séjour.

superbes vacances

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans ce magnifique appartement. La vue est superbe face à la mer. Très bien pour quatre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en plus le soleil était présent donc génial. Nous n avons pratiquement pas pris notre véhicule car tous les commerces à côté. Quartier très animé, bons restaurants. Nous conseillerons votre appartement sans problème et sommes prêts à y revenir.
