***Please note:
- Bathroom is on first floor and bedrooms are on second floor. Staircase is classic to historic New England home and is steeper than modern staircases.
- Fireplace room is not heated nor cooled and accessed from outside the property.
- Basement stairs to access washer and dryer are very steep and narrow.

Pet-friendly with a secure fenced area directly off the house — perfect for letting pets out safely without accompanying them every time (note: the entire property is not fully fenced). *Nonrefundable pet fee per stay applies and pets must be crated if left alone in the property. Please keep pets off furniture.
🛏 Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6 comfortably all year, with additional seasonal sleeping spaces): Bedrooms are on 2nd floor, bathroom is on 1st floor.
• Master bedroom with a queen-size bed and ottoman with fold out single bed
• Second bedroom with a twin bed + pull-out twin trundle (great for kids!)
• Ottomon in living room pulls out to twin size bed
• Futon in the enclosed fireplace room (please note: sunroom is unheated and accessed from outside)
