Welcome to the holiday home 'Seagull' in Karlshagen

The holidaymaker expects a love-designed and high-quality furnished luxury holiday home in the seaside Karlshagen. The house was completed in spring 2012 Design.
The house is located in the holiday home park "VAKON Ostseeland"

Ground floor:
Living room with separate kitchen incl. Access to a terrace with morning sun and a south / west terrace with small garden.

A fireplace provides warmth on cooler evenings.

The modern kitchen is endless!

1 bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00) with shower room (large walk-in shower) and WC

Utility room with washing machine and window

Upper floor:
1 bedroom with queen. Bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and an exclusive rattan daybed, large wardrobe

Throughout the house a high-quality tiled floor was used, underfloor heating of course.

Generosity and light are the house awarded through the many windows and high ceilings. Sun and pure light from early morning until late at night!

The house also has a bike shed and a parking space for 2 cars.

The super wide and kilometers of beach is easily reached in just 4 minutes.


On arrival the beds are made, per guest are 2 towels and a bath towel and tea towels provided. This service is included in the price.
