The unit was just as it is in the pictures. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and was conveniently located close to bus stops. As Miami first-timers, my 5 friends and I enjoyed the stunning views, great proximity, and beautiful amenities. The building lobby always had security and I always felt safe in the building and in the surrounding areas. This was a great stay and the hosts were impressively quick to reply. Checking in was a little complicated but was done efficiently and with minimal difficulties. I highly recommend this stay!

The property was in an excellent location with outstanding views. Very convenient for exploring the port, bayside and surrounding area. The appartment was very quiet, immaculate and beds very comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities in the appartment were great, a few small things missing in our opinion...no baking tray for oven or a large mixing bowl, very minor though and personal preference to have mugs rather than tea cups. Very nice touch to provide washing up liquid and dishwasher tablet. The pool attendant would not allow us to bring water bottles to the poolside, strange rule. He checked our bags and wouldnt let us past the door until we went back up to room with it as wouldnt let us leave it with him! The vessels werent made of glass. I suspect this is due to the poolside having its own bar and when we got there, there was infact water available to pour yourself, he made us feel very awkward, maybe this was something i missed in the welcome pack. The valet parking was a bit expensive $75 per day, there were cheaper options across the road. Overall, we had a superb stay and would recommend this property and would definitely book again.
