Welcome to Pavilion 2, an unusually spacious two-level Miami Beach residence offering approximately 2,070 sq. ft. (192 m²) of living space steps from the Atlantic Ocean.

Just about 100 meters from the ocean, mature seaside pine trees grow directly in front of the apartment and are frequently visited by Miami Beach’s famous iguanas. The trees create a lush tropical foreground, with the beach and ocean just beyond.

The residence was extensively renovated approximately ten years ago and combines generous living space, distinctive materials, a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, an office/den area, three sleeping zones, and direct access to the beach and Miami Beach Boardwalk.

The home has been enjoyed and lived in over the years and should not be expected to feel brand-new. It remains a comfortable, distinctive Miami Beach residence with many quality finishes and thoughtful details throughout.

A different kind of Miami Beach stay

Pavilion 2 is located directly on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s Mid-Beach neighborhood, between South Beach and Bal Harbour. The Atlantic Ocean, beach, and Miami Beach Boardwalk are approximately 100 meters from the residence.



Importantly, we are not located in the main condo-hotel high-rise, which contains most of the building’s smaller studios and apartments.

Pavilion 2 offers a much larger, two-level residential layout with approximately 2,070 square feet of interior space.

The Miami Beach Boardwalk runs directly beside the property, connecting the area south toward South Beach and north along the coastline.

The beach and Atlantic Ocean are only steps away.

Beachfront setting and current ocean views

The Atlantic Ocean and beach are approximately 100 meters from the residence, with direct beach access through the building.

Over the years, the seaside pine trees immediately in front of the Pavilion have grown considerably. They now create a lush green foreground and partially filter the ocean view from portions of the apartment and balcony.

They are also a favorite resting place for Miami Beach’s resident iguanas, which are frequently visible from the apartment.

The photographs of the residence and surrounding views were taken at different periods over the years. Because the landscaping has matured considerably, guests specifically seeking a completely unobstructed panoramic ocean view should be aware that the pine trees now partially screen the water.

What has not changed is the location: walk outside and the beach, Atlantic Ocean, and Miami Beach Boardwalk are immediately beyond the property.

Sleeping arrangements

The residence accommodates up to six guests across three sleeping zones on two floors.

Second floor

The main bedroom includes:

The king-size bed is upholstered in velvet with champagne-colored detailing and Swarovski crystal accents.

Adjacent to the main bedroom is a semi-private office/den sleeping area with a queen-size sofa bed.

Beautiful Pierre Frey silk curtains separate portions of the upstairs living and sleeping areas. These were personally brought from Paris during the residence's renovation.

First floor

The guest bedroom includes:

* Privacy provided by opaque low-iron glass walls

A guest bathroom with shower and toilet is located nearby.

A separate powder room is also available near the kitchen and pantry area and includes a TOTO Washlet electronic bidet.

The residence’s large two-level layout provides significantly more space than the typical hotel-style accommodations found along Collins Avenue.

Italian Dega Spatolato resin flooring was applied throughout portions of the residence using traditional spatula techniques.

Work and connectivity

For guests who need to work while in Miami Beach, the upstairs office/den includes a large 79-inch Aviator-style executive desk.

The residence also includes:

Castle Beach Club is a historic Miami Beach oceanfront property dating from the 1960s and later associated with the former Playboy Plaza Hotel.

This is an older beachfront building, not a newly constructed Miami luxury tower.

Guests should expect the character — and occasionally the quirks — that naturally come with a large oceanfront property of this age.

At the same time, the building has undergone substantial improvements in recent years.

The oceanfront swimming pool has been renovated, the fitness room has been newly renovated, and the lobby has also been updated.

The property continues to receive ongoing maintenance and improvements appropriate for a large historic oceanfront building.

Our Pavilion residence is very different from most of the smaller hotel-style units located in the main tower.

It offers approximately 2,070 square feet across two floors, with a residential layout, a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, an office/den, and direct proximity to the beach and Boardwalk.

Pavilion 2 is located directly on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s Mid-Beach neighborhood, between South Beach and Bal Harbour. The Atlantic Ocean, beach, and Miami Beach Boardwalk are approximately 100 meters from the residence.

The property sits in Mid-Beach between South Beach and the northern Miami Beach neighborhoods.

South Beach is easily accessible to the south, while Bal Harbour, with its shopping and dining, is a short drive north.

This location provides a quieter beachfront setting while remaining close to many of Miami Beach’s best-known attractions.
