We knew the house was new per the pictures posted, however, it’s in a new neighborhood with active construction next door at 7 am which wasn’t great. The neighbors garage is now close to being built and the concrete patio was poured while being there and shouldn’t affect future guests but the house is located in an active construction neighborhood. We contacted the owner as there were no hairdryers on the property and they indicated that that is something they would get for future guests. Communication was easy and very quick with owners. We were very surprised and happy that a Keurig machine and kettle was provided with coffee and cream/sugars. Also salt/pepper and cooking spray. Overall the house looks like the pics provided and was clean. Area was easy to find with grocery store about 5 min drive. Good restaurants within 5-10 min drive as well. The beds were very firm, not to my preference but I get that lots of people like firm beds. Pillows and bedding were fine. Water pressure in shower was great. Overall, I would recommend!
