Minutes from downtown, Chinook mall, Heritage Park and the Glenmore Resevoir, the central location can’t be beat.

Take a stroll on tree-lined streets, rest on quality mattresses & linens and let the kids run around the giant backyard while you dine, chat or connect in 3 different outdoor lounge areas. The yard is huge, fully fenced and private.

You’ll greet the days feeling rested and refreshed. Coffee lovers rejoice! We’ve got you covered: Choose between Keurig, Nespresso, French press or a classic drip, all stocked with grounds and pods to get you started. The cozy living room has 2 sofas, perfect for movie/game night. We sprung for the fastest wifi available to support multiple devices.

Fairview is an inner city hipster neighbourhood with tons of charm. Just steps to the local pub (great pizza & wings!) & bowling alley. Down the hill is a large shopping plaza with Ikea, Costco, Walmart, asian supermarket and tons more. Spruce Meadows is a 20 min drive. The house is perfectly located for a tour of local craft breweries, a shopping day or an off leash walk with the dog. Enjoy!

Wonderful home in a great location! The kitchen was stocked to the hilt with everything you could ever need. And everything was beautifully decorated and suited for a much larger group than just this solo traveler! But I fully enjoyed it nonetheless and will return. I was especially drawn to the fence-enclosed back yard as I was traveling with my dog. He loved it! Sarah was very easy to communicate with and even left a personalized welcome sign on the counter- nice touch! The neighborhood is in prime location with a small park up the street and with stores like Costco, Ikea, Winner and Home Sense within a few minutes drive from the house. There’s also several restaurants, coffee and bakery options close to the house if you’re not inclined to cook. Overall, a gem of a rental in a terrific location. Highly recommend and will return next time we’re in Calgary.

We stayed here twice after a house fire. The host was very accommodating to us both times. Our second stay was for over 4 months. The house was clean, inviting and felt like home. We would have extended our stay if it was available. Great location, nice community and friendly neighbours.

Pictures on line looked bigger. Den was deceiving - thought it was a separate room - we would strongly suggest that railings on front steps and back steps be installed. Quite difficult to get people with mobility issues into the house. All cushions were outside and soaking wet, but it was a rainy week and when previous guests leave them out there is not much can be done. and update the binder in the house.Seems like a lot of complaints but not meant to be - just suggestions. The place was fantastic for us, kitchen was very well stocked with pots and dishes. Lots of towels, toiletries, hair dryer, games, etc. We hosted all people involved in the birthday celebrations every evening meal and lots of room to do that. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. Host very helpful!

Terrific property

Really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean with all of the amenities one would expect. Yard was good for our dogs, but the prize was the proximity to the Sue Higgins off-leash park (the biggest I have ever seen) located a short drive away.

We came to Calgary for a family wedding and this property was fantastic. It was in a central spot but was so quiet at night. The bed was so comfortable and the back yard was top notch. Super Clean and every detail was on point. Highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed!!

Some of my favourite things to do are cycling around the reservoir and trying out local eateries and coffee shops. I love all things design, renovation, gardening and music. Animals also play a big part in my life. With a dog of my own, a 12 year old son and a revolving door of foster rescue cats it keeps life interesting!

Why they chose this property

My goal was to make this property a cozy oasis for guests. I love the animals in my life so I have made this home open to pets if needed. It is a trendy yet traditional home very centrally located in Calgary.

What makes this property unique

This neighbour is a wonderful mix of new young families and original owner seniors. The streets are tree lined and there is a park perfect for soccer or football just steps away. I also love how close it is to all kinds of shopping.
