Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

The house must be left in a clean and tidy condition, with furniture put back in place, beds stripped, and put together with towels in the entrance.
Dishes must be washed, dried and put away. Fridge emptied and cleaned. Rubbish taken out and brought to the waste collection points.
Any unreported damage will result in a reimbursement request being submitted to VRBO.
