With two upstairs king bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a lower-level double queen, this spacious home lets you invite lots of guests to join your coastal holiday retreat. Adirondack chairs invite you to take in the view on the outdoor deck, and a sandy trail leads right out of your backyard to the beach. Inside, you’ll enjoy sleek hardwood flooring, comfortable seating, and a fireplace for cozy evenings, with large windows to the sea. Dine with an ocean view from the dining area; even working in the fully equipped kitchen lets you gaze at the western horizon over a quartz breakfast bar with seating for three. If you prefer to dine outdoors, a picnic table and barbecue sit on the deck; chairs and a fire pit for s’mores beckon from down on the sand.

It’s hard to overstate the fabulous location of this home. Not only is it an easy walk through a meadow to miles of sandy beach, but it’s not far from the quaint town of Rockaway Beach.
