Welcome to your modern, clean home away from home in beautiful, centrally located Strawberry Vale. This bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath suite offers a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a cozy private outdoor sitting area—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. Nestled beside a tranquil park with sweeping mountain and ocean views, it’s an ideal space for rest, work, or exploring the best of Victoria. Medium-term stays welcome. Short walk to VGH. Minutes from the Galloping Goose.


Two bedrooms. One full bathroom. Laundry. Full kitchen recently fully painted and updated, ready to host you for your southern Vancouver Island getaway.

Parking is available in the lower lot. A separate entrance to the suite is available via a garden path. The suite is ground level.


We live on-site with our three young children and a few beloved pets, so we kindly ask guests to help keep this a peaceful and respectful space. No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property. We do not allow parties or events, and ask that guests observe quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. There is free parking for one vehicle on the property. Please be mindful of our family’s space and let us know if you need anything—we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible!

This a wonderful place to stay. It is a very comfortable. We found the location to be easy and close to lots of interesting places in Victoria. We decided to explore Vancouver Island and it was close to Highway 1 which leads inland. If I have one concern it is the first step up the walk way. I had recently hurt my leg and found it challenging.

What a charming and comfortable stay at this beautiful spot. The unit itself is modern, clean, bright and spacious. The mattresses were comfortable, the ambience quiet. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and slept like rocks each night. Wonderful hosts were helpful, polite, and accommodating. It was easy to move in, but hard to leave - we wished we were staying another week. Thank you so much to the hosts!

Amazing view of water and mountains in the distance! Great central location.Not relevant for us but the gravel garden up hill path may be challenging for those who have mobility considerations. Brand new modern suite that’s a 10 out of 10!

What an absolute gem these hosts have! We have stayed in a few properties in and around Victoria and this is by far one of the best properties we have stayed in. The suite is attached to the main home of the owners and has a private entrance that feels truly secluded. It is high above the main road and quiet and has lovely nature views while the gorge peeks through the trees. The suite is bright and airy with everything you could possibly need.We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the washer and dryer which was invaluable after we got caught in an unexpected downpour! The suite is spotless and modern with ample supplies. Very very clean and beautifully decorated!Beds are comfortable and the bedrooms tucked away from the main living space which enables privacy and quiet while in the suite. The outdoor terrace with a small table was perfect for a morning coffee listening to birdsong and admiring the flowers and garden. The location is great. Very close to highway 1 and also close to Downtown Victoria, about 15-20 minutes by car. 20 minutes from the airport. There is a park entrance and hiking trail just steps from the end of the driveway and ample local recreation options. We loved our stay and will be booking again for our next visit to Victoria!

Mountains in distance, lovely garden up close. Beautifully appointed modern 2-bedroom suite with everything you could want for a short of long stay. Host Sarah was very helpful. 20 minute drive to downtown if off peak traffic. Only downside was tricky walkway, not easy for anyone with minor mobility issues, but host would likely accommodate a different access of it was an issue - but you must ask.
