This 500 square foot vacation rental suite features sleeping and sitting areas with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and full en suite bathroom. Waterloo Garden is a self-catered accommodation, where you are free to set your own pace and make the most of your holiday.

Luxuriate over coffee, fresh scones and home made preserves while lingering on your private patio. Enjoy a glass of wine or herbal tea and curl up on the loves eat in the privacy of your own suite. Imagine no schedule or pre-set breakfast time. Sleep in if you dare. Whether you stay for a night, a weekend, a week, or a month, this beautiful, private garden suite contains everything you will need to ensure a fabulous and memorable stay.

Your host, Cathie, will welcome you with open arms, but there will be no need for awkward conversations and interactions. Your host will be available to offer recommendations on dining, attractions, shopping, and more, but you will have the suite and garden all to yourself.

**Please note: We have ZERO tolerance for smoking. In fact, due to severe allergy, we do not even permit smokers to stay here. The entire suite and property are non-smoking-Thanks!**

Of all the short term rentals we have stayed in, this was by far the best appointed; we needed nothing to add for our 4 night stay. Excellent location and lovely property. Host Cathie was warm and helpful, easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Victoria.

This was a lovely property, inside and out. Even in the off season the garden was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower water was hot and plentiful. The host provided a number of amenities that made our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated the attention paid to recyling and composting.

The property is centrally located and close to everything. It was very clean and is well equipped with all that you need. It even has a washer and dryer if you need to do some laundry. It has a very nice garden/patio sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The host provided us with some lovely breakfast items which included eggs, bread, yogurt and juice. I would recommend this suite to anyone visiting the Victoria area.

Beautiful Oasis

A very welcoming & beautifully appointed suite in a very quiet neighbour hood. The suite looks out onto a patio and beautifully landscaped and secluded backyard.

Green, quiet & perfect location for us

We enjoyed our stay and found everything very pleasant. The apartment looks onto a South facing beautiful garden. We were lucky with the weather during our week and enjoyed the sunny patio. The host is very caring and very helpful.

The suite was very bright and spacious, and the beautiful lush gardens provided excellent privacy. It is a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.Communication was excellent and Cathie responded quickly if we had any questions at all. Cathie's place was beautiful, it was the perfect place to celebrate our honeymoon! The garden in her backyard was lovely, we really enjoyed eating on her patio set each morning. Everything was immaculate inside and out, we had everything we needed. Cathie was so on top of communication and making sure we were as comfortable as possible. We will definitely stay here again when we stay in Victoria!

This was the perfect VRBO, for 2! So clean, peaceful, quiet, and stocked with everything one could need. Called Waterloo garden for a reason. The backyard is a little Butchart garden! The host was wonderful and very communicative. Thank u for a wonderful stay.

Check in was smooth and easy. Cathie sent a video to show how to unlock our suite which was very helpful and made arrival a breeze. She also stocked some easy breakfast items so we had no need to run to the store right away. Very clean and organized with a beautiful covered patio and surrounding garden. This property and owner are absolute gems! Communication was superlative! Extremely accommodating and available for questions. She also provided some basic groceries to last over u til we settled in…she asked about food intolerances and even made accommodation for those! The garden space is fabulous and relaxing.
