🏢 This cozy studio offers you a beautiful living room with an open equipped kitchen area :

- a small balcony that even allows you to enjoy the outdoors

🛌 The apartment has :
- a sofa bed for 2 persons;
- a pull-out bed, for 2 persons.


⭐ Travel in comfort with the amenities present in this studio, such as a television, high-speed wifi connection, bed linen and towels on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by our platforms.

**✓Its location:**

📍 Located in the hyper center of Grenoble, you will find everything you need nearby, shops (supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores...), brasseries, cafes and restaurants with a wide choice of cuisines and prices.

🚌 As far as public transportation is concerned, the "Saint-bruno" stop of streetcars A and B is a 200 meters (2/3 minutes walk). You are also a few minutes walk or transport from the hyper-center (10 minutes from Place Victor Hugo ).

🚗 BONUS: You will be able to park in the building secured parking for free. (BE CAREFUL: maximum size --> length 5.00 m, width 2.30 m, height 1.90 m)

💁 We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests .
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
🐶 If you bring your pet with you, we charge €12 incl. VAT/animal/day.
