We are really sorry that you have not read the directions that we always send along. It describes in detail how heavy luggage can be conveniently unloaded from above. We will definitely think about how we can provide this important information even more simply and clearly.

Please allow us a few comments on your criticisms: The house in which we run the fewo-klausenberg is indeed not a newly built tourist retreat, smooth and without corners and edges. The house has stood on this very spot for over 100 years. People have lived and worked here, walking up and down these paths every day. Steep paths and no possibilities to get directly to the house by car are common in the Rhine Valley and we explain this to our guests in advance. Of course, we are sorry if this is too strenuous for some guests. I have to agree with you, from one of the three bedrooms you can hear goods trains at night, which run along the Rhine half a kilometre away, since a few years with whispering wheels by the way. Maybe it would have been smart to move into one of the other two spare bedrooms where you can't hear the trains? We may not apologise for the fact that in the Catholic part of Germany church bells are as natural as birdsong in the forest. In our directions, which you received before you started your journey, we suggest that our guests take bus lines 8 and 9 to get from the flat to the city and vice versa. Line 10, which you mention, only runs intermittently. That is why we do not mention it in our description. All in all, we are pleased that you liked the flat itself and thank you for the positive review.

We are very sorry that the directions were so incomprehensible for you. We thought it was described clearly that you can unload luggage above the apartment and then drive the car to the parking space. We also point out several times that a GPS can not find the parking. Gladly we revise the description to make everything even clearer and simple and hope that our guests will read it. Thank you for the advice.

Es ist nicht zu entschuldigen, dass die Wohnung derart verunreinigt war. Das soll und darf nicht vorkommen, denn unsere Gäste sollen sich uneingeschränkt wohl fühlen und entspannen können. Wir werden alles daransetzen, dass das ein Einzelfall bleibt und wir zukünftig wieder eine Wohnung anbieten können, die einem sehr hohen Sauberkeitsstandard standhält.
