The bedroom features a king-split bed, offering versatile comfort for couples or friends. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private balcony perfect for unwinding. Guests also have access to the building’s recreational deck, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, but facilities are shared with residents and other guests.

CAR PARK ACCESS:

The parking garage is located next to Padre, with access from Hope Street, and the building entrance is located next to El Planta.

Located on level 27 you will find the BBQ area with plenty of seating options to enjoy the view.

I will not be with you on the day of your arrival but I`m working closely with the Building Manager and their staff, Check-in will be done by the Reception Team at Ivy and Eve Apartments. Upon arrival, please provide your Valid ID and your Confirmation Code from Airbnb for them to pull out your reservation. In case you need anything during your stay, please don`t hesitate to message me on Airbnb and I`ll do my best to attend to your needs.
