Bring the family together in a single-level home with four queen bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to eight guests. The fenced lawn gives you outdoor space, while a garage and three outdoor parking spaces make arriving by car convenient. Enjoy a full kitchen, Nespresso coffee, heat pump and in-home washing machine.

The home has four queen bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with a 43-inch TV. A heat pump and additional heaters help with cooler days. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, and a washing machine and clothes airer are provided. The lawn is fully fenced. Parking includes a single-car garage plus three private outdoor spaces.

Guest access
The entire house, fenced lawn and designated garage and outdoor parking spaces are for your use. The home is arranged on one level.

Location and transport
A residential Burnside base for family and group stays in Christchurch.
Use the garage and three private outdoor parking spaces. A car is convenient for exploring the wider Christchurch area; local transport is another option.

Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees.
Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied.
The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $50+GST Per hour.

6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
