The Space:

Welcome to Golden Dawn, a spacious mountain retreat in peaceful Saluda, NC. With two levels and 1,520 sq. ft. of living space, this home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests—making it an ideal spot for families and groups seeking both relaxation and adventure.



The upstairs level features an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, and access to a private viewing deck—perfect for sipping coffee or unwinding after a day of adventure. The primary king bedroom on this level features a TV, cozy electric fireplace, closet, and private access to the bathroom and back deck. Downstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom with a TV and a full bathroom. There is also an office space with two twin bunk beds. In the common area downstairs, you will also find a pool table to either practice your skills, or enjoy a little competition with your party.



Each level provides private deck access, as well as outside gas fire pits and Adirondack chairs, which will make your mountain evenings even more enjoyable. Also enjoy the breathtaking views in your own private hot tub! With in-home laundry, two bathrooms, and all the essentials, Golden Dawn combines comfort with mountain charm.



Whether you’re here for hiking, local charm, or simply some well-earned rest, this welcoming home base is designed to help you slow down and savor every moment.



We’re excited to share a recent enhancement at Saluda Mountain Retreat: a shared sauna, now available for you and the neighboring cabin to enjoy.



Get ready to serve up some fun during your stay at Saluda Mountain Retreat! Nestled right against the lush forest backdrop, our brand-new, full-size pickleball court will be added before December 2026 exclusively for our guests.



We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.



To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, we encourage and request all guests to review our house rules before completing their booking. These guidelines help maintain comfort, security, and create clear expectations for all involved.
