Your outdoor adventures await! Welcome to “Over the Line,” a fully renovated farmhouse on 1.2 acres just 1/2 mile from downtown Saluda. Beautiful restored hardwood floors and ceilings and tons of ambient light abound. Enjoy your morning coffee on the elevated deck while you plan your day's adventures and grill in the evening in the 1,200 square foot outdoor entertaining area, complete with Weber gas and charcoal grills, wireless audio system, dining area, and copper fire pit.

World class kayaking, tubing, rafting, mountain and road biking, and trout fishing are just around the corner. The amazing Green River Gorge is a quick 10 minute ride away and the property is less than an hour from Asheville, Greenville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Dupont Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Lake Lure, and more.

The house gets the name "Over the Line" because the line between Polk and Henderson Counties runs directly through the back bedrooms!
