What a gem in this quaint town!

Julien has poured so much into making this little cottage perfect. It feels very authentic and homey. If you need to stay in Loire Valley, stay here!

Family vacation

This was an amazing experience, the property was easy to find and Julien was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, nicely updated and decorated while still keeping the old touches. Everything worked as it should and it was well stocked. I would stay here again for sure.

Ein Zuhause im Loiretal

Das Haus liegt im ruhigeren Stadtteil von Amboise. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß etwas zu weit weg (zumindest für uns Fußfaule). Einer der Parkplätze vor dem Haus war immer frei. Das Haus ist modern renoviert worden. Die Einrichtung ist im sehr guten Zustand, entsprechend der Fotos. In der Küche fehlte uns nur ein normaler Backofen (gibt aber einen kleinen Mikrowellen-Backofen). Wir haben hier 2 Wochen gewohnt und haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Die Sonnenecke im Garten war ein Lieblingsplatz. Die Ausflugsziele sind in der Region unendlich vorhanden. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen und würden hier immer wieder übernachten. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super und schnell, mit dem Google Translator klappte es auch ohne Französisch Kenntnisse vor Ort.

Agréable séjours mais quelques defauts

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très jolie petite maison avec nos 2 enfants de 6 et 11 ans et nous avons malheureusement beaucoup souffert des températures (32/34°, en août) qui rendaient les 2 chambres sous les toits étouffantes la nuit malgré la baisse des températures le soir, les petits Velux et les ventilateurs ( Rowenta 55dB) ne permettaient pas d'atteindre une température supportable avant 3 ou 4h du matin et les moustiques s'invitaient entre temps... Vraiment gênant. Le canapé (un BZ) était vraiment petit et très inconfortable pour des adultes et la TV vraiment petite aussi (surtout pendant les JO) mais la reste de la maison était très agréable même si un barbecue aurait été particulièrement bienvenu dans le jardinet pour cuisiner à l'extérieur le soir. Pour le reste, cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain très agréable et lumineuse, salon sympathique et déco vraiment jolie.
