Jennifer provided excellent communication, so 5 stars for responsiveness and clarity of communication. As to other aspects: 1. there were ants in the kitchen area; 2. the bunk bed had foam mattresses...not really mattresses but just foam...very, very uncomfortable for my son; 3. when opening one of the cabinets, there was a "border patrol" water bottle on the shelf. As a multi-racial family, this was more than a little disconcerting. I might suggest removing any item that could convey a particular political message, intended or not.
