The layout of the house worked perfectly for our group. Every amenity that we needed was comfortably provided in what is obviously a well loved family holiday house. The location is fabulous in its proximity to the beach and nature walks. It was lovely to hear the surf crashing and seeing large mobs of kangaroos nibbling grass in neighbours yards. Highly recommended for a family or a group of friends.

It had everything we needed (other than the linen which is explained in the booking). Easy check in and out and no issues at all while staying. So much space especially as only 2 of us. Could easily accommodate a big family group

A very well appointed property in a stunning beachfront location. The hosts responded to questions promptly. The locality is quiet and peaceful and only an 8 min drive to Batemans Bay. There is a well fenced yard for your dog who is also allowed in the house. A fabulous property for a single or extended family group.

It was an incredible short weekend away the host was absolutely fantastic and made sure that everything was done correctly the only downside to the property is you will never stay long enough to properly enjoy it all I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fantastic time and super pet friendly

We had a great stay at Sandy Shores. The location is excellent, with easy access to Long Beach and a nice, quiet neighbourhood. The beach in front was perfect for walks, and being able to have our dog with us made the stay even better.The house itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room. The check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the host was clear and helpful.Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would be happy to return.
