I absolutely loved this cabin! It is very spacious with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything I needed during my stay. There was an abundance of amenities, including high-quality linens, towels, and all the necessary cookware. The location is perfect: right on the mountain but close to the main road. It's very easy to find, especially during the day, as you can see the house clearly from the road. The hosts were excellent and responded immediately whenever I needed to contact them.I definitely want to come back and spend more time enjoying the cabin itself next time, as we spent most of our trip out visiting local attractions. Highly recommended!

Very rustic
The property was in a great location and we enjoyed our days hiking and exploring. Unfortunately the house was a bit too rustic for us and had a musty smell. The kitchen was well stocked and felt more updated than the rest of the house. The picture of the house on the website showed it being brighter inside than it was. It was actually quite dark inside and we needed the lights on. We would not be interested in renting this house again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and had a great time exploring the local hiking trails. We followed up with the homeowner and they shared the following:
- The cabin is part of a historic 100-year-old property, and its rustic charm is something many of our guests appreciate. That said, we understand it may not be the perfect fit for everyone.
- We take listing accuracy seriously, and the photos are intended to reflect the home’s true character. We’ll review the lighting and ambiance in our images to ensure expectations are aligned.
- We’ve also shared your comments with our maintenance team and are exploring options to improve interior lighting for future guests.
- We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to enhance the guest experience. We encourage guests to reach out to the local guest contact should they have any questions or concerns during their stay. We're always happy to help.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
