Nestled on an uphill, this cozy villa offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the Blackwood River, making it an ideal escape for any season. The home is a charming retreat for families and nature lovers, perfectly positioned near a boat ramp and scenic nature walks that wind along the riverside.

A Welcoming and Comfortable Stay:
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by tall timber ceilings and a spacious lounge area connected to an open-plan kitchen. The living space flows onto a large patio, providing an ideal spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you soak in the river views.

The villa ensures a comfortable stay with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and a well-equipped laundry area featuring a washer and dryer. Most amenities, including linen and towels, are provided. For your entertainment, an additional TV room is stocked with books, toys, and board games. The house is air-conditioned and provided with electric heaters in all bedrooms, along with internet access.

Great place, plenty of room inside for guests and very homely. Only down side was parking space, but otherwise was a very pleasant stay.

Really comfortable short stay while my husband and daughter in law walked a portion of the Cape to Cape. Great location to use as a base for lower end C2C day walks. We loved watching the birds in the garden and it's close proximity to Donovan St reserve.

The cottage was very clean, and has huge space for family with 3 kids! Loved living room with open space and many windows, upstair's beautiful views, lovely bathroom with bathtub and antique front door!!
