Sleeping arrangements include: Queen, 2 Singles, Queen, Queen, and a single daybed with a trundle. Enjoy stunning ocean views from this cozy cottage featuring luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and an extra refrigerator on the lower level. The updated bathrooms and classic tongue-and-groove ceilings add a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of classic beachfront cottages.
This home offers central air/heat, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a microwave, and 6 smart TVs (no cable). Outside, you’ll find both charcoal and gas grills, along with a hot/cold outdoor shower and rinse station. Conveniently located in the 7000 block of Ocean Drive, it’s just a short bike ride to town for shopping and dining.
Pet-friendly with a $250 non-refundable fee per dog. Typical turn day is Sunday to Sunday, Flexible stays allowed. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival.
