Here’s a charming private lake cabin that offers a surprising amount of space! Sleeps 6 in beds with room for another 2 on a queen sofa sleeper. Gorgeous setting at the end of South Bay on Little St. Germain Lake. The beauty of the natural surroundings will astound you!
Welcome to the R Point of View Cabin! Step on in and you’ll be greeted by the warm feel of our oversized kitchen with the large dining table able to seat 7! Perfect for family meals, board games or cards in the evening! Enjoy a comfortable evening relaxing on a brand new loveseat! You’ll find two bedrooms, the first with two new twin beds and the other with a new queen size bed. There’s one bathroom with shower stall. If you require additional sleeping space, there is one sofa sleeper in the living room area as well!

The main living area offers outstanding views of the beautiful natural surroundings at R Point of View Cabin. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails out on the deck and observe the wildlife all around you! The cabin sits at the end of South Bay on Little St. Germain Lake. There’s a lovely sand wading out in front of the cabin or just off the point, with over 100′ of pristine shoreline on Little Saint and your own pier and extra private parking for visitors!

Loved our 2nd time staying at this cabin! Everything was accurate and clean, and check in and out was easy. We especially loved the kayaks and rowboat. Fishing was great!

The hostess was friendly and helpful. There were row boat, canoe, and kayaks for use during stay. The water was clear and beautiful with plenty of fish. There were several games to choose from and wood for outside campfire during the stay as well. It was a fun and relaxing long Labor Day weekend with family and friends.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: R Point of view was a perfect cabin for our family. Close to town and could park our pontoon on the dock. Was so peaceful and relaxing.

The property was in a very nice location but not very private as it was sandwiched in between two other homes. Plenty of entertainment to enjoy nearby for the entire family!Loved the Canoe, pair of kayaks, large row boat that was available to use and get the full experience of staying on a lake!Wifi was available and nice to have for reliability. The rooms were clean with the exception of some spider webs in the corners of some of the rooms and some empty bottles under the couch. The shower was very small with not much wiggle room but good enough to get clean. I wish it was more clear on the price to rent the Pontoon boat that was available. I had asked the host about renting for two days and they did not give a clear answer and said I could inquire when I arrive. I did not rent the Pontoon, the lack of clarity was the main reason. The checkout time was also on the website but the owner was adamant it was 30 minutes earlier while we were on our way out the door (9:00 is early/8:30 would have been extreme IMO)Overall it was a nice property with easy access to the lake and the available row boat, canoe and pair of kayaks were the main reason we picked this property over others. It would be nice to have a washer/dryer for convenience of swimming, hiking, getting dirty with the ability to clean/dry clothes. Also, the notes throughout the cabin definitely reminded you of WHAT NOT TO DO... Our family of 5 and the dog had a very nice time!!
