Mann Lake is a 253 acre lake located in Vilas County. It is 90% state forest--it looks just like Canadian wilderness! It has a maximum depth of 18 feet. Public boat landing one minute from cottage on Mann Lake Rd. Fish include Panfish and Northern Pike.

Amazing lake views from living room, kitchen, and the two Queen bedrooms. Third bedroom even has lake view if the door is open! Cottage is located very close to lake (about 30 feet from deck to the lake), very gradual lawn slope to the lake, and nice big deck on the lakeside.

Watch beavers, eagles, loons, turtles, ducks, beavers, otters, muskrats, deer, and more wildlife right from the dock or the living room. This is the perfect, peaceful lake to get close to nature! With only about 15 cottages along the north shore, the rest of the lake is pristine wilderness, 90% state forest.

Frontage is great for canoeing, tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding, waterskiing, fishing.

Paved bike trail system connects Boulder Junction, Sayner, and Manitowish Waters.

Escanaba, Raven, and Razorback and Winman and (plenty more) have hiking and mountain bike trails. Adventure for adults, families and kids.

Fall: hunting and hiking, boating and fishing, awesome fall color, cranberry marsh tours.

Winter:60 minutes from Indianhead, Blackjack, Whitecap and Powderhorn downhill ski resorts in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Great skiing, old school charm!

Mann Lake Cottage is conveniently located right off of the snowmobile trail!

The Winman offers great groomed trails for cross country skiing (skate and classic), fat biking, snowshoeing. Warming hut there, and dogs are welcome! Minocqua Winter Park is also world famous for its xc ski trails!

Ice fishing! Ice skating! Hockey! Hot chocolate and warming beverages in local pubs! Great restaurants! Small town charm! Peaceful walks in the woods! A good book by the fireplace! Plenty of snow for everyone!

Mann Lake Cottage is in a great location, easy to get to, just 10-15 minutes north of Minocqua, and 3 1/4 Hours straight north of Madison. One minute off Hwy M in Vilas County, centrally located to Arbor Vitae, Boulder Junction, Sayner, Manitowish Waters, Woodruff, Minocqua, St Germain, Eagle River, Mercer.
