I appreciate if guests could keep the property as tidy as possible. Any used dishes must be clean with the dish cleaning kit near the sink. Any uncleaned dishes and utensils will be charged.

All trash must be in the trash bin, wet waste in the bin for wet waste and all recycling in the recycling bin provided. Instructions on kitchen wall. Do not keep trash over the carpet. Thank you.

Anything missing from property will be charged to the appropriate guests. Keypad lock can be locked using the same keypad number provided for opening. Thank you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not touch anything you do not need for your stay. Do not tamper, destroy or jam anything in the property which will be charged to guests.

No party allowed in the property. No pets allowed. No noises by people or by any means allowed between 10pm to 6 am. Thank you.
