Four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, conveniently located close to everything. The Internet is live with sign-in instructions in the house. This home is ready for you to enjoy. The bedrooms include two double beds and two queen beds. There is a large area for study in the newly finished basement. Newer Bathrooms, Kitchen, and updated colours.  Covered parking and a great street. Private deck space for the propane BBQ. Conveniently located near the University of Calgary, the Light Rapid Transit system, Foothills Hospital, and Downtown. There is easy access to the airport and to get out of town.

The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the LRT. The home was very spacious for the 5 of us. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Rodney was in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

There is no better home base in Calgary, centrally located and close to the light rapid transit system that will take you downtown and everywhere in Calgary. Walking distance to the University of Calgary and shopping.
