Quite, close to everything, and clean.Host responded in a timely manner. If we ever have to go to state college again we will stay here.

It’s a convenient location, walkable to several stores, including Starbucks, quiet street. The host is responsive. Don’t expect immediate response, but within a couple hours they will address the issue. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, nice towels and linens. Whoever was cleaning upstairs prior to us coming wasn’t very thorough or got distracted in the middle of the job. It’s a one king one full bed set up. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space.

The house pictured was not the house that we rented. It was similar. There was a overpowering smell in the entire downstairs along with no A/C downstairs with portable A/C units in the bedrooms. The beds were the only bright spot(they seemed brand new). No tv’s in the bedrooms either. Had to leave a day early because of the smell. Tenting the house helped us out of a desperate situation but probably would not go back.
