The location was fantastic, with a private section of beach a short walk from the house. It was newly renovated with comfortable, tasteful furnishings, and was spotlessly clean. Plenty of beach lounge chairs available, and we rented an umbrella from Tropical Beach Services. We enjoyed our stay!

Great week in our villa! We are sad to go home but we will be back. Great pool and easy access to the beach. The Breeze trolley stop and the location make traveling back and forth to the village for great eats, drinks and music so easy and convenient. We had everything that we wanted and more for our week in paradise.

The location is incredible! Walking distance to SK beach. The condo has extra bedding and washer and dryer. Nice and updated. Great communication! We are already looking forward to booking our next trip at Aloha Kai!

We loved this unit. It was new and up to date. It felt like home with elevated touches rather than the bare minimum of a rental unit. It had everything we needed and was centrally located. The beach was an easy walk and the trolley stop right out front made going to the village or Captain Curt’s simple. The front office was very helpful as well. We would love to come back!!

We loved our stay in Aloha kai #60. The house was just as the picture shows, very comfortable beds, wide TV in both the bedroom and living room. Allison and Peter are very helpful and kind, made our stay unforgettable. The pool is the biggest one in Siesta Key and we enjoyed our walks in the beach. We can't wait to be back here, 100% recommended
