Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM: Lock Up: Close and lock all doors before you leave. Linens & Towels: Leave all bedding on the beds. Remove only used bath towels, and place them on the floor
Trash: Bag all trash and place it in the bins located on the side of the house or in the garage.
Report Any Issues: Let us know about any damage or special cleaning needs before you check out. Umbrellas: Ensure all patio umbrellas are properly closed and secured.

Pros - House and backyard were great and as pictured, good location that was close to the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. Clean and nice. Cons - Pool heat use seemed charge was excessive. Alarm was on when we first showed up to the house and didn’t have the code. There is no remote to exit property for a walk, you need to drive in/out.
