Downstairs, an open concept living room with hardwood floors and a dining table flows straight into a modern kitchen with a large island, bar stools, and a blue tile backsplash, so parents can cook while keeping an eye on the kids in the next room. Blue accents run through the sofas, curtains, and accent walls, giving the whole main floor a cohesive feel that photographs well for family trip memories.



The Bunk Room has its own personality, with dark teal walls, patterned wallpaper, a queen over queen bed, and a wall-mounted TV, a fun space for kids or younger guests while adults settle into the calmer bedrooms nearby.



One of the bedrooms includes a getting-ready makeup bar, handy for bridal parties or anyone prepping for a night on Broadway, and a small office nook with a desk and globe means anyone on a longer work trip can check email before heading back up to the roof.
