We had a great stay! The place was very clean, plenty of room for everyone, and the rooftop was amazing! We had a small medical emergency, and they made sure we had plenty of time to check out. Communication was excellent! I would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Anyone looking to stay in Nashville and be located in the middle of The Gulch, 12 South, Broadway and Vanderbilt this is the place for you located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. Townhouse was very clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay at this location on our next visit to Nashville

Our family enjoyed staying at this house. It was big enough for 6 people and plenty of room. The upstairs rooftop porch was very nice. Having the option to park in the garage or the street was nice. We mostly used Uber to get back and forth to Broadway which was a 10 min drive. Uber during the day cost about 8-10 for an XL to Broadway and around 15-18 in the evening to the house.

The apartment is well suited for multiple couples with three king BRs with en suite bathrooms. The main living space is modern and bright.

The Nashville townhome was perfect for our family gathering for our first trip to Music City. The location, off street parking, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and gathering spaces could not be better. It was walking distance to Belmont Mansion, 12 South and short uber ride to the Gulch, Broadway /Music Row. Close to Centennial Park and a Kroger grocery store a mile away. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to a request we had within an hour. We would highly recommend this property. Lastly - it was decorated tastefully and had comfortable seating and mattresses.Looking forward to coming back to Nashville and will stay here again.

Our group of 7 stayed here for 3 nights. The property was clean and well appointed. The home was spacious and never felt crowded. Rooftop was a great place to gather in the mornings and evenings and the parking garage was a great perk. It was easy to contact the host and the communication was wonderful. Location was great and Broadway and the Gulch were a short ride. If you're ever in the area, this is a great place to stay. 5 stars all the way!
