About this property

5-person vacation home on the Oosterschelde estuary

Our holiday home is located in Wemeldinge, on the most beautiful dive site in the Netherlands. In the villa park Oesterbaai, which is located directly behind the dike along the Oosterschelde, we have a 5-person holiday home that we rent out.

The house has a cozy living room with two 3-person sofas and doors opening onto a charming terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast outside in the summer. The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy. At the front of the house is a small terrace with a picnic table to enjoy an aperitif in the sun at the end of the day. The house is equipped with WiFi.

Villapark Oesterbaai is located on the edge of Wemeldinge, a characteristic Zeeland village, with a nice village center and a beautiful marina. Directly behind the dike is the oyster bay of the same name with a sandy beach, from where you have a wonderful view over the Oosterschelde and all the boats and yachts that sail there and where you can swim. Children can cycle and play to their heart's content at the villa park.

Numerous signposted, beautiful cycling routes have been plotted in the surrounding area. The pleasant shopping town of Goes is ten minutes away by car, but also other places such as Middelburg, Vlissingen (with its boulevard and southern beaches), and the tourist attraction Domburg with its artists' past are within easy reach. The Goese Golf, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, is 10 minutes from the holiday park.

Het is een ruim en gezellig huis. Ook van alles voorzien. Ja er is wel wat achterstallig onderhoud zoals de keuken kastjes. Doorspoelknop wc. Roestige cv. Maar dit heeft niet invloed gehad op ons verblijf. Schoonmaak kon beter. Veel spinrag. Heb ik het en der verwijderd. Ook stof. Het en der. Verder prima. Douche uitstekend. Geen stroompunt in de badkamer. Maar heb je prima kunnen redden in een slaapkamer waar stroompunt bij spiegel is. Het bed waar wij op geslapen hadden was uitstekend. Denk dat het bed nog redelijk nieuw is. De tuin is ruim en gezellig. Heeft ook een beetje onderhoud nodig. Een hek of stuk gaas tussen de buren zou nog een tip zijn. Wij hadden kleine hond mee die er tussen door kon. Samen met de buren opgelost. Locatie is geweldig. Dichtbij kleine strandjes en wandelroutes of fietsroutes. Al met al wel een aanrader.

Uns hat das Ferienhaus uns insbesondere der Garten gut gefallen. Der kleine Strand in Wemeldinge ist nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Umgebung (mit dem Auto) finden sich zahlreiche Aktivitäten für Familien mit kleinen Kinder.

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub mit Hund

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolle Lage, schnell am Strand und im Dorf. Unkomplizierte(r) Buchung und Schlüsselempfang. Sehr nettes Haus.Und ein toller Ort, nette Leute und viele Sehenswürdigkeit bzw Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.Lediglich die ein oder andere Modernisierung könnte man am Haus/Einrichtung vornehmen. Aber das hängt auch immer vom Umgang der Gäste damit ab.Gerne wieder! Danke!

Goede en duidelijke communicatie met verhuurder.het huis is gelegen op een kleinschalig en rustig park.De tuin is door de beplanting ook heel prive.Je kan in ieder hoekje van de tuin heerlijk genieten.Het huisje ligt zeer kortbij de dijk , heerlijk uitwaaien en genieten van het uitzicht.Voor duikers blijkbaar echt the place to be .

Ein schönes Wochenende

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Leider ist es nicht besonders sauber. Aber da kann man dann ja selbst etwas nachhelfen wie man es mag. Uns hat es an sich nicht gestört, Aber das eine Einzelbett ist ein „Hochbett“ das wäre für manche vielleicht wichtig zu wissen. Und die einzigste Toilette ist im Untergeschoss. Also nachts immer die steile Treppe runter. Passt vielleicht auch nicht jedem. Der Garten ist toll, die Gegend ist wunderbar. Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein Traumhaftes Haus in direkter ruhiger Nähe vom Strand

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit schönen Garten

Ein nettes Ferienhäuschen, was die für mich relevanten Standarts erfüllt. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad befinden sich im Obergeschoss und sind über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen. Das WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Für uns kein Problem, könnte jedoch für ältere Menschen oder sehr kleine Kinder etwas schwierig sein.

Ein süßes Häusschen in einem kleinen aber feinen Feriendorf. Direkt am Deich gelegen. Alles für die Grundausstattung ist vorhanden, lediglich könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Gemütlichens Häuschen mit schönem Garten

fijne dagen

super dagen gehad in het gezellige dorpje Wemeldinge, Verschillende plaatsen zoals Goes en Vlissingen op nog geen 30 min rijden waar je heerlijk kunt winkellen en naar het grote strand zoals Vlissingen. Het huisje was ook erg fijn, Netjes en goede bedden..een dikke 10
