About this property
Whiskey & Water: 2 rooftop homes, hot tub, fire pit, sleeps 20, Nashville
Summary:
This fall, book Whiskey & Water on VRBO and get two full Nashville homes side by side, reserved together with no shared walls and no shared spaces. Each home has its own private rooftop deck just a few miles from Broadway, so your whole group can spread out and still stay on the same block.
• Sleeps 20 across 6 bedrooms and 10 beds
• 6 bathrooms total, including an en suite king bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks in each home
• Rooftop hot tub in one home, rooftop fire pit and gas grill in the other
• Queen-over-queen bunk bed room in each home, great for kids or extra guests
• Two full kitchens and two living rooms
• Built-in makeup and getting-ready area
• About 3 miles from Broadway's honky-tonks
The Space:
Whiskey & Water on VRBO gives your group two complete Nashville homes side by side, booked as one reservation with exclusive access to both. That means a family reunion or multi-family trip can spread across two kitchens and two living rooms while still keeping everyone within steps of each other. Home 1 has its own rooftop deck built around a fire pit and gas grill, with skyline views worth the sunset wait.
Inside sits a king bedroom with an en suite bath (walk-in shower, two sinks), a queen bedroom, and a queen-over-queen bunk room built for kids or extra friends, plus a pull out sofa (sleeps 2) for overflow guests, and a built-in makeup and getting-ready area for the group to primp before heading out.
Home 2 mirrors that same three-bedroom layout, a king bedroom with its own en suite bath, a queen bedroom, and a queen-over-queen bunk room, with its own pull out sofa (sleeps 2), but trades the fire pit for a private rooftop hot tub that glows against the Nashville skyline at night.
Picture the kids and adults splitting a day between downtown Broadway and Germantown, regrouping on the rooftops as the sun drops, then soaking in the hot tub or gathering around the fire pit before everyone heads to their own bedroom, or bunk room, to recharge.
AMENITIES FOR THE PERFECT STAY

• Two open concept living rooms with sofas and smart TVs
• Queen-over-queen bunk bed room in each home
• En suite king bath with walk-in shower and dual sinks in each home
• Built-in makeup and getting-ready area

BEDROOM LAYOUT
With identical layouts in both homes, families and groups can split into two full houses while staying right next to each other, so nobody has to compromise on space for a longer trip.
Home 1
• Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower (2 sinks)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen-over-queen bunk bed
• Plus in the living room: pull out sofa (sleeps 2)
Home 2
• Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower (2 sinks)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Queen-over-queen bunk bed
• Plus in the living room: pull out sofa (sleeps 2) This setup works well for large families, multi-family trips, or groups of friends who want room to gather and room to disappear when they need it. It's built for celebrating together, not for hosting events with unregistered guests. Rooftop homes this close to Broadway book out fast for concert season and football weekends, so reserve your dates while they're open
Guest Access:
Self check-in is quick and easy with smart lock keyless entry at both homes, so your group can get settled without waiting on anyone.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
I was disappointed with the place for what we paid for. For the units themselves, fire pit didn't work, majority of roof top lights were busted (hazardous) or burnt out, light fixtures throughout the units were either missing globes or burnt out, didn't have sheets for pull-out beds, dirty dishes hidden it kitchen drawers, kitchen wasn't stocked with pots/pans to accommodate a group of 10 or more. Main reason of getting the place was the roof top fire pit. Was notified shortly after check-in that it wasn't working. No ETA to get it fixed just "sorry for the inconvenience." Regarding the broken/burnt out string lights, responses were "I'll report to my team" with no action. Location was nice as it was close to Broadway but the area is polluted/trashy and run down. A little disappointing. There were other units around us with similar setup. I would stay at one of those but not this one.
